The Burn-Off-Oven removes paint, oil and grease, resulting in clean, dry parts ready to reintroduce into production. Hard to remove paint, grease and oil is cooked off by heating the parts slowly and then maintaining the burn temperature (800˚) for several hours. Burned off vapors are eliminated by passing through the afterburner section where the temperature can reach 1600˚. Our Burn-Off-Oven can accommodate parts up to 51"W x 60"L x 58"H. It’s a safe and extremely efficient way to clean parts, paint hooks, paint tray, oily/greasy parts, engine blocks, powder-coated wheels and more. Not only can we burn steel, but we can also burn aluminum parts by controlling a lower ovens temperature at 600˚.
